All sales are FINAL - no returns/no exchanges unless the product is damaged.

Candle or vase arrived broken? No worries! Please provide us with a picture of the broken item and a replacement will be made. Please email theoathlabel@gmail.com to see if it meets the criteria for a new item.

Each candle is hand-poured and unique. No two candles look the same adding to its imperfections and uniqueness! I try my best to reduce the frosting that naturally occurs in soy wax.

Please ensure you input your address CORRECTLY. Oath The Label is not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address inputted by the customer. Oath The Label is not responsible for any stolen packages. 

ALL orders placed outside of December 20, 2020 will be shipped the week of January 10, 2020.

Pre-order: Pre-order items may take anywhere up to 4 weeks. When you place an order for an item that is on pre-order, please expect this wait time.

Customs and import taxes: 

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties and import fees that may be charged depending on the destination country.
